Scouting Pros will run a one-day training session to discover talents in each location. The training session will include technical assessment, small-sided games, and exhibition matches. 

Our scouts will create a profile for each player and set up a time to speak individually about their performance, playing experience, and, most importantly, their career goals. 

After the scouting process, the best players from each scouting event will be invited to the International Talent Showcase. 

Players are selected based on their technical abilities, tactical understanding, and competitiveness. 

Participants in the International Talent Showcase are the best players scouted and selected from the National Scouting Events. These players will have the opportunity to travel overseas to train under professional coaches, be evaluated by scouts, and play against top academies. 

The International Talent Showcase aims to see how individuals behave and perform outside their comfort zone.  

The top performers will be invited to our Professional Residential Camp. 

Top performers from the International Talent Showcase will be integrated into a Professional Club. During this residence camp, players will follow a professional training schedule, play high-level matches, and receive professional mentorship to reach the next level.

Players who complete our professional residential camp successfully are eligible to receive a representation contract from American Sports MGMT. The management agency will make the connections and open doors to opportunities suitable for the player. It will assist with player promotion, club trials, public relations, and career advice.
