This program combines training, high-level matches, and aims to showcase players with Ecuadorian roots to professional Scouts and Clubs.
If you are a player with professional ambitions, play at a high level in the USA, and train at least 4 times per week, we would like to discuss this opportunity with you. The program includes preparation training, 4 to 5 matches against professional clubs, and the possibility of earning a representation contract to jump-start your professional career. This program will showcase our players to clubs such as SC Imbabuara, Independiente del Valle, FC Leones, Manta FC, SC Delfin, Emlec SC, and SD Aucas in Ecuador.
Requirements to participate in this program:
The player must be between 15 and 19 years old.
Availability during the summer of 2026
The player must provide us with a player CV, Highlights, and a coach's recommendation.

Now more than ever, Clubs are looking for talent internationally, especially for players who have access to the country's nationality through their parents. In addition, because of dual citizenship, players have the potential to be evaluated for the National youth teams.
All matches will be recorded and available for the player to create highlights. In addition, American Sports MGMT will promote the players on its extended network.
