He has coaching experience at the national and international stages from Elite Youth and College, to Select International Teams in countries such as Germany, Italy, Ecuador & Argentina
His Professional Scouting certifications consist of PFSA Introduction Into Football Scouting Course, PFSA Level 1 Talent Identification In Football Course, and PFSA Level 2 Professional Talent Identification In Football Course (completed with Manchester United).

Hello, my name is Octave Kluvi, and I also go by “O.”
I am a seasoned player with international experience, having played in various competitions worldwide. As a scout in my local area (Orlando, FL), I have a keen eye for talent and a passion for developing young players. My diverse background in playing and scouting allows me to bring a unique perspective to identifying and nurturing talent at all game levels.
As a player, I have competed in several countries, such as the USA, Germany, Italy, and Ecuador. Having traveled the world and seeing how enormous the beautiful game has become compared to the States made me fall in love more with the sport. It convinced me to indulge more in it and offer my knowledge and help to the next generation. Besides being a scout, I am also a Technical Trainer. I organize devised and tailored drills aimed at amplifying individual skill development. Soccer Scouting Pro has provided me with this platform to cultivate better skills as I transition from a player to a scout. I'm eager to start working and help the next generations turn their dreams into reality.
How is the event organized?
The session runs for about 90 minutes and will be divided into individual skills, drills, and small-sided games.
We will evaluate the following skills:
technical abilities
decision-making and game-understanding
physical attributes
How much is the event?
There is a $45 fee, which will be credited to you if the player is selected and accepts the invitation to join the team.
What happens after the scouting event?
After the event, every player will have a one-on-one conversation with a professional scout to discuss their performance, playing experience, and, most importantly, their personal goals with soccer.
