What our scouts look for
Do you have what it takes?
Every player is evaluated on the same three qualities we test abroad.
Technical level
First touch, passing, decision-making and execution under pressure.
Discipline
On time means early. Full effort in every drill. Respect for coaches and teammates.
Competitive mentality
How you compete in every duel and respond to mistakes and stronger opponents.
