Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use our website, contact us, receive our text messages or register for an evaluation or program.

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service apply to soccerscoutingpros.com, our forms, text messages, player evaluations and programs offered by Soccer Scouting Pros (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website, submitting a form or registering for an evaluation or program, you agree to these terms. If you register on behalf of a player under 18, you agree as the player’s parent or legal guardian.

What we do, and what we don’t

We connect. You perform. We are scouts, not agents. We don’t sell guarantees of a contract, trial, signing, roster spot or scholarship.

We offer player evaluations and international player development programs, including the Germany Player Showcase, the Ecuador Pro Residency and the Argentina Team Tour. Evaluations reflect our scouts’ honest opinion of a player’s level at that time. Any decision by a club, academy or team is theirs alone.

Eligibility and parents

  • Each program lists its own age and eligibility requirements.
  • A parent or legal guardian must register, approve and sign required documents for any player under 18.
  • You agree that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

Registration, fees and refunds

  • Prices, deposits, payment dates and inclusions are listed on each program page or in the invitation sent to selected players.
  • Evaluation fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another evaluation date. Contact us before your scheduled date to transfer.
  • Program payments follow the payment schedule and cancellation terms provided at registration or with your invitation.
  • Unless stated otherwise, airfare, meals not listed, passports, travel insurance and personal expenses are not included.
  • We may change or cancel an evaluation date or program activity for weather, safety, venue or partner reasons. If we cancel an evaluation, you can transfer to another date.

Participation, safety and conduct

  • Soccer involves physical activity and a risk of injury. Players should be in good health and have appropriate medical coverage.
  • Programs abroad may require signed participation, medical and travel forms, a valid passport, and parental consent documents. Players must follow the rules of staff, host clubs and venues.
  • We may remove a participant from an evaluation or program for unsafe or disrespectful behavior, without refund.

Text message (SMS) terms

  • Program: AMERICAN SPORTS MGMT sends customer care and program information text messages about your inquiry, player evaluations, scheduling, international program details, registration and payment reminders, and travel updates. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also text about new programs, evaluation dates and offers.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You’ll receive one confirmation text and no further messages.
  • Help: reply HELP, text (407) 966-2304 or email info@soccerscoutingpros.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or registration.
  • See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
